Helping Professionals and Caregivers

For those who dedicate themselves to supporting others—whether through their career or by caring for family—it’s vital to have a space where they, too, can feel supported. Being a helper is a beautiful and meaningful role, but it’s equally important to ensure that those who care for others receive the care they need to nurture themselves.

Helping professionals and caregivers

Do any of these sound familiar?

  • I often feel emotionally drained, making it harder to offer the same level of empathy and connection.

  • The pressure of supporting others can take a toll, leaving me feeling exhausted and questioning my sense of purpose in what I do.

  • It’s tough to set clear boundaries, and I often find myself putting others’ needs first, sometimes at the expense of my own well-being.

  • Witnessing the pain and struggles of those I care for can be heavy. At times, I feel overwhelmed by sadness or helplessness.

  • Despite being surrounded by people, I can sometimes feel alone or unsupported in my own struggles. I’m often seen as the strong one, but that doesn’t mean I don’t need support, too.

  • Balancing my personal life with supporting others can be difficult, and I sometimes struggle to maintain a healthy work-life balance.

  • I often feel guilty when I take time for myself or when I can’t do everything I think I should. It’s easy to doubt whether I’m doing enough or feel like I’m falling short.

  • Hearing about others’ struggles can affect me deeply. Sometimes, I find myself carrying the weight of their experiences, even when I’m not directly involved.
